We met at a bar….
It’s still of course a good story whether we met in a bar or not and whether we may or may not of been a little we will go with “tipsy” you can find love anywhere! So at the time the thing my best friend Krystal and I liked to do on the weekend was go to a country bar for concerts. We of course had a DD and seeing as drinks are always expensive at the bar we opted for having a few before hand. We also knew a lot of people once we got there, so of course began socializing. When suddenly Krystal looked across the room and says “OMG there’s Tyler!” I made the very good choice of saying he was super cute and she insisted we meet and by insisted I mean she grabbed me and DRUG me across the bar in a matter of seconds and basically threw me at him saying have you met my friend Sarah! Well aside from dancing and chatting we thankfully exchanged phone numbers because we somehow or another got kicked out over guys who were fighting over my friend. Why we ended up kicked out I’m not sure but the night came to an end.
Tyler and I proceeded to to talk during which as I always remind him he blew me off three times for dates that he set up! Which I had never had happen so I was doubtful I’d ever see him again! Then on a Friday night he basically told me he was coming to pick me up, already had movie tickets and all! I started getting ready to realize this guy had no clue where I lived! I think he was slightly embarrassed as after getting ready I asked is he’d like my address so he could actually pick me up! We went to the movie during which we talked the 40 minute drive there, through the entire movie, the whole way back, and about two hours in the driveway once we were back. The rest was history the next day he was back to have dinner with my parents, he had met them the night before. It truly was love at first sight and first date.
Looking back we were just babies and now we are a married couple with a baby of our own.
