It’s just after 10pm and I just sat from cleaning literally ALL day!!! One it needed to get done and two I really would like to just do nothing on a Sunday. I’m pretty sure I haven’t done nothing on a Sunday since I lived at home! Which even still wasn’t often and let’s be honest tomorrow it is very unlikely to happen too!
Going through your whole house doing a deep clean and reorganizing truly only shows you how much you are behind as a mom! Literally our oak furniture sucked up oil like a cactus that’s been in the Sahara Dessert!
Being a mom with a now busy mobile almost 9 month old defiantly makes things more difficult! It also makes me realize how many things we don’t need or don’t use that I could happily get rid of! Also packing away a whole lot of baby things she’s already grown out of, which broke my heart. As we are onto a new stage! It just has to make it to the attic, which I have this feeling as soon as it does we will find out number 2 is on the way.
Now I can’t even lie this is by far the best I’ve seen our house since about three weeks before Gemma’s due date when we had a version to flip her. I was convinced it was going to put me into labor, it did not and even when we got induced a few days early she did not want to budge. Any longer though and she would have been huge and I might of lost my mind!
Now back to cleaning!
Literally I found things I dint even know why we have it! Like who needs 100 plus pens oh wait I can still NEVER find one! Or why do I have a bunch of photo albums? Literally I’m horrible about printing photos. Especially now with Covid I go NOWHERE!
Let’s just say a lot of things went bye bye! It feels liberating to get rid of things…. until I actually realize what I could of used those things I got rid of for…..
OH WELL!!! I currently have a clean house!!!!
Minus the basement… and the spare room I shoved all the baby stuff that needs to go to the attic… and the attic is a mess…. and after breakfast the kitchen will be a mess again…. it will all get done one day! Watching my baby grow is worth always being behind!
