Well the past few months since becoming a SAHM have been rather interesting. I’ll do the short version…I found out I was pregnant again right after being at home! Which ended up being a crazy but special journey along with a scary labor. However, now I’m officially a mom to a second beautiful baby girl Addison!
The past few months were truly a roller coaster. Life is very different from what it was, but also very much the same. I had just got in the swing of being at home with one right before we had Addison. Now it’s a whole new journey with two! Gemma has been absolutely phenomenal with her sister! Which has has helped to ease the transition.
The farm hasn’t changed much, we’ve of coursed done some work. We’ve also had pigs, added more chickens, and even ended up with our first shorthorn heifer to hopefully start breeding come spring. Cleaned out some barn space for more storage and bought some new equipment.
Of course those big beautiful silos are still the sign I’m nearly home to my happy place once they get in view. I look forward to sharing some new and missed mom things, farm things, and just plain old life things again!
